So for the 'real' test a clean environment (with both the local install
and previous installations in /Applications removed). But realistically
all you need to do on a Mac is this:

a) move /Applications/Subsurface.app to something else like /Applications/S.app
b) mount the DMG and run Subsurface from the mounted volume, without
moving it to /Applications
