If we set the file (said README) as type of "wiki" format, it breaks strings for
each new paragraph. But still add many carriage return on the string. And
translators won't stick to the 74 char text width..

What we could do is
- format the file in one paragraph per line
- push the file as plain text at Transifex
- pull the POs and write a small script to split the lines at 74 characters
  wide max (with a single word as the granularity of course).

Or just keep the wiki type but translators will have to insert many carriage
return (and don't necessary know what it is about).

I remember, we will see that after the 3.1 release.
