getting ready for 3.0.1

I created installers for Windows and Mac again. They are in the
downloads folder on the website (3.0-59-ge65a4a7f087e)

oh boy we have been busy in the five days since the 3.0 release...)

Russian, Polish, Norwegian and French are missing the new translations.

All reported bugs that I feel we can realistically address in a micro
release are fixed. I think we are good to go.

I'd love to see testing of the two installers - I'll do so myself but if
anyone has a minute, PLEASE do so.

I'll give it another hour or so for any last minute translation patches
and will try to add Jan's Bluetooth chapter to the manual in the
meantime.
