I just did a few more exports. Just pushed out the results with decent
file names.

The short summary: there appears to be absolutely ZERO indication on
whether this is metric or imperial data. This is totally useless.

What a piece of crap.

So what we should do is import "all metric" and then add language to the
user manual that says that DivingLog is moronic in its export and that
the only way to reliably import things for us is for the user to make
sure that they set their preference to metric before exporting.
