Ubuntu / Debian

We need a way to offer a download link for people on Ubuntu and Debian.

The repositories still have 1.2 in them and lots of divers are not the
type of people to build from sources, even if they are running Linux.

I have no experience whatsoever with creating Debian / Ubuntu
repositories and am frankly a bit burned out right now.

Roland, I know you mentioned that you could do something like that. Is
there a link I can add to the Downloads page?
