Yuck. No. We want LESS in the global config, not more.

Why would anybody have to edit the standard tanks. Pick a different name
and just add the tank that YOU want (and if a standard tank is actively
WRONG, please let us know.

I don't want to go down the path of hyper-feature-itis. Not everything
needs to be configurable - especially if there is a viable way to deal
with this.

And to Sni Sni - I assume you realize that once you add a new tank, as
long as you use the same XML file, all tanks that you add will
automagically added to the drop-down list. So if you have a special tank
then add it ones and after that it will simply be there for you...
