[PATCH] Added support for a scrollable area in the dive info dialog

I'd love to see the default size a little taller - a couple more lines
of notes visible, and a wee bit later for the scrollbar to appear.

Is that something you could add (new commit, I pushed this one out)

Also, Windows is missing the config function for storing integers. That
would be nice to have, too.
