Well, that could change.
But does anybody *really* want to plan 1m stops? Sure, as Jan says,
the relative pressure difference between the surface and 3m is bigger
than the one from 90m to 80m, but at the same time, at that point
things like waves, relative body position etc are such a big impact
that planning won't really work.
So anybody doing planning at 1m seems to be just living a fantasy to
begin with. It might be interesting for the smooth graphing
after-the-fact, but *planning*? That just sounds insane.
