Subsurface ignores a temp of 0˚C

Yeah, I get ..

   Strange temperature reading -1.0 C

.. if I have a dive with ..

<temperature air='0.0 C' water='-1.0 C' />

It seems to be because the integer_or_float function in parse-xml.c 
doesn't know about negative degrees.
