Sorry for coming up that late. Just testes again with most current git 
using HW OSTC MK2 and SW Predator.

I'm sorry to confirm that this issue is also valid for newly created 
subsurface projects and visible immediately after downloading from the 
divecomputer. After saving it is also visible in the newly created XML.
