MacDive has an equipment database where I've added all my gear, including
serial numbers, purchase dates, service dates etc. I can also tick off my
standard set of gear that I usually use on each dive. This is automatically
added to each dive, and I can add/remove equipment from each individual
dive.

I like it, now I can also see how much each piece of equipment is used, in
addition to helping me keep track of when to service my regs and tanks.
