i can slowly take on the printing part, but i may have some questions
here and there.
in the latest GTK version we started adding all those formatting
options, which i'm not sure will be available in time as i first need
to understand them.
when is 4.0 scheduled for, roughly BTW?

but also, has anyone started on this already?
