User manual not available if browser language not english

There we go. All better.

Wordpress kept a deleted version of the manual around in the trash. That prevented me from giving the documentation/user-manual permalink to the the current user manual. And when trying to access the permalink for the page that was in the trash, Wordpress tried to be smart and find a page or post that was similar - and that was the blog post about the user manual. Which created the silly circular reference.
