Nice documentation about porting from GTK to Qt

Did your MUA perhaps convert the URL encoded '+' to a a real '+' before it opened the URL?  Works fine for me here with Mail.app and Chrome/Safari.  But if I manually change the URL to '...GTK+_to_Qt' it does what you are describing.
