Problems wit API

Hi,
   I don't know if this is the right place to ask about that.
    I'm trying to create an user for the subsurface API, I got to
http://api.hohndel.org/login/ y put my email address, I receive the
confirmation email 5 seconds later, but when I click on the confirmation
link (
http://api.hohndel.org/user/confirm/W6QK3D59LYIGJG2RMTLHNW2EM1XHGW2WCGXJY12V/)
I alway get the message "Your email address could not been confirmed,
has
your session expired?".
    What I'm doing wrong? can someone help me?
