"new" installation on Win7 x64, german localisation.

- no avg SAC (and avg depth) - see ticket #134 (for manually entered dive)
  therefore also no avg SAC when doing yearly statistics
- empty leading line when editing a cylinder
- planer:
  no safety stop at 6/3m for a dive with profile
  down to 22m in 3 min, stay at 22m for 12 min,
  ascend to 15 m in 10 min
  don't know if this is intended behaviour
