dive planner update

I have an issue with the dive planner algorithm that I need a bit of
help, as I never touched that before.
it seems that the decompression is creating a 'loop'  - start the
code, go to dive plan and add 3+ points on the
graph to see what I mean - decompression algorithms lines are marked
in red, user lines in black.
