Fwd: sample UDDF file

This thread is getting quite long so let me just sum up what I have
currently planned/implemented.

I do grab the otu and setpo2 from the DC copied to attributes otu and
po2 (latter converted into decimal notation).

Then I experimented with getting the device ID out of the UDDF import.
It is not at all clear what fields should be set to where, but I
currently set:
- model from manufacturer/name
- firmware from name
- serial from version

This results in following:
    <divecomputerid deviceid="ffffffff" model="heinrichs weikamp,
Germany" firmware="DR5 278 with Firmware V 1.5" serial="0.2"/>
    <divecomputerid deviceid="ffffffff" model="HeinrichsWeikamp
Germany" firmware="DR5 10 with Firmware V 0.772" serial="0.1"/>

The attached patch does what I describe here, but I can do any tuning
if so desired..especially the divecomputerid might require some
changes.
