Here is the one thing I really want to see tested.

Start with an empty file.
Download with 3.0.1.
Save
Open again with 3.0.1
Save 
verify that pO2 values are corrupted
Open with latest git
download and check "force download of all dives"
save
verify that pO2 values are correct

(as that is what we'll tell our users to do after I release 3.0.2)
