name of automatic fixes

Aurelien,

I noticed that the companion app makes the name of the automatically created dives configurable… since we use that name to detect if a gpsfix was manual or automatic I don't think that's a good idea :-)

We treat those two types of fixes differently when trying to match them with dives so we need to be able to tell them apart. The current name is fine (I just pushed out code in webservice.c that correctly detects it), just disable the ability to edit it, please.
