Hi,

I received feedback on a "bug" that setting the set point to 1,3 in the German localization of the planner does not work. Setting it to 1.3 does. Am I right to claim we are not going to localize numbers (with the German comma to separate the fractional part from the integer part as eg Windows does which causes me a lot of pain). What about date formats?
