Limited support for Suunto DM4

The main dive table is a mess of BLOBs and other types.  The general
recommendation is to put the (variable length) BLOBS at the end of the
table definitions.  Apparently that stands for both sqlite3 & the
forthcoming 4.

Hmm. Can't parse my own DM4.db.bak output file back into subsurface....
