Lubomir,

Attached ZIP file  (created on Windows with 7zip) contains output for both
RU and BG locales. There's also a screenshot showing UTF string corruption.

Steps performed (RU and BG locales were tested separately):

1. No data file, start subsurface, plan dive: 10 meters in 10 minutes,
Press OK, Save, exit Subsurface (1run_ru.txt)
2. Start subsurface (no notes at this point), plan another dive: 10 meters
in 10 minutes, Press OK, Save, exit Subsurface (2run_ru.txt)
3. Start Subsurface - no dives at all because datafile is corrupted already
(3run_ru.txt)

XML files for both locales are within archive as well.
