Hi Miika,
It's a windows setting, that influences this, just tried myself.
If the Control Panel -> "Region & Language" Format is set to English
(United States), the tank volume gets the correct 11.4 liters.
If I switch the setting to German (and others, that use comma instead of
dot for decimals), it looses the .4 and results in 11.0 liters.
You can even adjust the Decimal Symbol in the additional settings manually.
So it would be best to not rely on the float values that the dll returns
and instead parse the float from the XML yourself...
