Companion app: minor bugs

Aurélien,

Version 1.3 really looks good. Some points found during testing:

- Being on main screen (HomeActivity) and changing screen orientation
causes server resync (when "Sync on startup" is on)
- Creating dive location manually allows empty name, which I think is not
desired.
- Delete menu item is misleading, I'd rather call it Unregister and provide
short description (like "That will unregister you from the server. All data
will remain on the server")
