Thanks, we had an infinite loop when no weight system was provided. My
XSLT fu fell short on implementing a recursive sum function to add all
the different weights together :D

Patch sent. However, your notes are still not handled properly. I also
tried outputting utf-8 but that did not help :( I guess divelogs.de
does not support "strange" character set.
