[PATCH] Hook up colour printing with print dialog.

thanks for the patch.

here are some quick observations:
- could you resent the patch using the "color" (US) syntax instead of
"colour" (UK), as we have it US syntax trough the entire documentation
and readme?
- perhaps we need to make the color checkbox deselected by default?
- it seems that the color print is missing a border in the profile
