[PATCH] Hook up colour printing with print dialog.

Hi.

Salva - I think you are absolutely right.  I've switched to a different
colour and it looks much better.

Lubomir, I will send a revision shortly.  Just fiddling with the default
setting.  And I need to collect my daughter from the gym.
