Ubuntu still shows 1.2

Please do the following

- create a launchpad account
- join the Subsurface team https://launchpad.net/~subsurface
- upload the package or whatever it takes to get this to work
- publish

Anything I can do to help, let me know

I've been trying to get this to work for so long it's maddening.
