Move to Qt?

Hi.

(On 28th March) Jan wrote about moving from GTK to Qt.  Earlier in the same
rough timeframe Dirk mentioned recurring bottlenecks in GUI area.

I am working on prototypes of some of the key widgets Subsurface needs as
an antidote to my recent experiences as a novice with GTK.  I hope to put
some material onto GitHub soon as a taster.  For example, I have a *very*
basic model/view implementation of a dive list tree widget up and running
on Qt4 & 5 (without trip support at the moment) and I'm looking to tackle a
basic dive profile plot widget next.
