Thought about a Qt port

I'm interested :). Like many others on the list, I also have more
experience in Qt than in GTK.
I already wrote an Qt application that reads subsurface .xml files and
renders nice animations that can be used in videos [1].
Maybe we can reuse some code from there [2].
