[Patch] Add various keyboard shortcuts to Qt branch

Add various shortcuts which were missing from the Qt branch but present in
Gtk.

Gtk used Ctrl+C for "next DC" - I've used Ctrl+Shift+D for "prev" - hope
this is Ok.
