progress on the Qt branch

We're slowly getting there. Anyone interested in the Qt port might want
to pull and take a look...

Amit - I started populating some of the Dive Info data as well, but that
still needs a bit of UI work... the layout doesn't match what we have
(which isn't required, /better/ is fine).

Anyway, I'm blown away with the rate of progress. I'm still planning to
do a Gtk based 3.1 release, but I'm reasonably certain now that that
will be the last Gtk version...
