OSTC3 Support

Hello Subsurface Developers,

As a recent upgrade to the OSTC3 Dive computer, I was gutted to find that
it's not supported in Subsurface.

I've been using subsurface for some time now and would very much like to
continue using it. Do you know if there are any plans to include support
for the Heinrich Weinkamp OSTC3 model?

If so, is it already being developed and how long can we expect before
support is ready?
