It looks like msvcrt.localtime returns null instead of struct tm... It is
used to convert the dive date/time to understandable units (year is then
subtracted by 1969). I am quite clueless when it comes to debugging on
Windows, but I am quite confident this is the case. I'll give some other
way to do this a try. I just cannot compile on Windows so no testing until
new binary is available.
