This is probably the same error Henrik reported and saw that there is one
XSLT file missing from the Windows install. If you copy commonTemplates.xsl
into the Subsurface/xslt directory, the upload should work. (Naturally the
installer will have to be fixed in that regard, but to verify the
functionality this workaround should suffice.)
