Shearwater Petrel import has wrong timestamp

Thanks.  I tried the xml dump, and the timestamps looked fine.  So I 
tried importing from Subsurface again, and the timestamps where fine 
there too.  What?

Oh, but this time I started from the command line.  So I try starting 
Subsurface.app instead and re-import. Still correct.  How about 
importing on top of the old log?  Still no problem.

I'm unable to recreate this bug. Bah. Move along, nothing to see here.
