Companion and interaction with website

Did the first steps in exploring the companion and it's interaction with 
the website.

Did encounter errors resp. IMHO things to improve

1. GUI/Interface on the website (api.hohndel.org)

- add information which format is expected in which field, eg
Date (YYYY-MM-DD) ,     eg 2013-05-10
Time (hh:mm [TZ]) ,     eg 14:00 (local)
Latitude (nn.mmmmm) ,   eg 9.08203
Longitude (nnn.mmmmm) , eg 123.26791
otherwise new users will have to iterate until correct data format is found.

2. sync with companion
Sync is successful, but data is not correctly shown on companion app (on 
Android 2.3.5, german localisation, telephone on local time [MESZ/UTC+2])

eg for above sample
10.00.2013 16:00
9,000000 N 123,000000 W
- month missing,
- time is shown in current local TZ-time  (probably in which data is 
called from, not where dive location was (UTC+8))
- not exact position shown and orientation fixed to N and W quadrants


When doing the same with a dive near Hawaii, postion is shown as
21,000000 N -158,000000 W

When doing the same with a dive near Australia (-33.7152, 123.84888)
postion is shown as -33.000000 N 123.000000 W

Companion does have correct data, as correct position is used when 
locations are shown on a map-app.
