 "Upload to divelogs.de..." - exports the logbook to divelogs.de. You'll
need to provide a valid user identifier and password for your
divelogs.deaccount. Duplicate dives will be skipped.

- import from divelogs.de works correctly now: the behavior of the location
dropdown menu seems to depend on a clean default xml file. As long as that
is the case merging seems to work flawlessly.

- download from Suunto Zoop works fine (except for ticket #82, of course).
