Profile: Difference between profile and data pop-up

There is a difference between the profile and the data displayed in the
pop-up window. It affects the time and, naturally the displayed depth,
NDL and so on.
It's easily noted at the end of the dive, while on deco the pop-up
gives the ascending depth and while ascending the last metres it gives
the stop depth.   Finally the dive ends some minutes after the profile
reaches 0 metres.
It looks like a scaling problem and only affects QT.
