Here are some cleanup patches. This also exposes a bug quite clearly. When the DivePlannerWidget is instantiated, we haven't read the prefs yet, so it always starts out with gf 70/30 and uses feet as unit. I know to little about Qt to manage to figure out how to solve that one.
