[PATCH] Ignore events for gaz change if there is no change.

That happens e.g. if I bring a bottom stage with the same gas as my back 
gas.  That way I can empty the bottom stage before switching to my back 
gas, which can simplify gas logistics (and make Helium fills cheaper 
when the LDS doesn't have a booster).
