translations

I have added a new resource "subsurface4" on transifex. Please try
translating the missing strings to your language (and if you need to
join teams, please do so, I'll try to check reasonably frequently in
order to add people).

I am slightly nervous about the stability of the strings and especially
about the tooling that I have in place - but I think we should be at a
stage where we need to start translating and learn while doing.
