Transifex and .ts files

I think I may need help...

Transifex happily claims to pull the translations, like this:

$ tx pull -l de_CH -f
Pulling translations for resource subsurface.subsurface4 (source: translations/subsurface_source.ts)
 -> de_CH: translations/susurface_de_CH.ts
Done.

but then NOTHING is downloaded, i.e. the subsurface_de_CH.ts is
unchanged, even though I have carefully added a translation on the
website.

Any ideas?
