Marble-Path to install the headers on Apple and on Qtonly

Marble is ocnfigured to *not* install the headers if QTONLY or APPLE, this
path removes that.
since it's a "feature", I don't think it will be merged back upstream, but
I'll try to talk to them about libraries being libraries and thus,
deserving to have the headers installed.
