Subsurface looping at end of download from DC

I just pushed a change that only calls the deco calculations if the user
has enabled the option to show the calculated ceiling. This should allow
you to disable that option and then download from your dive computer and
save the XML file. Let's see what happens if you then turn on the
computed ceiling again.
