No it doesn't. And you should only see this the first time. After that
the .ts files are older than the .qm files and they shouldn't be
processed again.

Err - we're not even at 'alpha', yet. There are quite a few things in
master that aren't ready for prime time. Click on some of the menus and
you'll find out :-)
