Minimum window height issue

Apologies to Dirk for just hitting reply on the first attempt.

I've just got around to updating my copy of master on the Thinkpad, and
found that the minimum window height is now higher than my screen's
vertical resolution! Not sure if this was intended, but until laptop
manufacturers stop the current low-res insanity, this is a serious step
backwards IMHO.
