Problem when downloading logs (Solved)

Thx Danilo, Linus and Cristian,

Truth is I had read teh documetation before, and had added my iser to
dialout (*sudo adduser [your_username] dialout)*

But it kept not working until I typed the: *sudo chmod 666 /dev/ttyUSB0*

However, and following Linus comment, I'll check the users settings, even
though now it's working perfectly.
