building subsurface 3.1.1 under Kubuntu 13.04

Did you install the libzip package? Delete the zip.h file u downloaded

On a Ubuntu based distro, try

sudo apt-get install libzip-dev

You only need to do make in the top level subsurface folder also.

Then sudo make install
